Hey all!

I ended up revisiting SCARE-CADE just for fun, and I made a tiny update for ya'll!

• Fixed bugged movement (your movement speed won't drastically change based on the framerate)
• Added new bloom effect
• Adjusted enemy balancing so game is easier overall (some enemies have less health, and they attack slower than before)
